Conveyor Belt Flatbed Cutter

Conveyer models are available in two basic sizes:

• TTC119SC Working space: width 1300x1900mm length
• TTC119LC Working space: width 1800x1900mm length

All cutters are equipped with a vacuum system with two separate vacuum areas for alternating working procsses, tool head with laser pointer and pen module, tangentially controlled drag knife and electrical rotary blade tool.

The long lasting conveyer belt allows a constant cutting qualtiy, an equal vacuum distribution and is useful for cutting plies longer than the working area.

As an option a single or both side table extension with conveyor-belt is available.

High cutting speed up to 1.5 m/s with high cutting accuracy of 0.1mm allows fast production of shapes with sharp corners and small radii.
